We accept credit card payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. However, we only accept credit cards issued by U.S. banks. We do NOT accept credit cards issued by foreign banks. Items shipped from stock will normally ship in 1-2 business days. If any product needs to be configured, modified or is on back order, we will contact you with an estimated lead time. Our shipping dates are based on information we receive from our vendors.
Orders can only be cancelled with the written permission of the Seller and only if the customer pays Seller, upon cancellation, any charges for work performed or commitments entered into with respect to that order up to the date of cancellation.
Hours of Operation
Our Hours of Operation are Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Central. Any orders received after this time will not be processed until the next business day.
If you find that you have to return a product to Industrial Instrument Works, Inc. you will need to request a Return Material Authorization number. This identifies the terms and conditions of that return which may include a restocking charge. Material returned without authorization will be returned at the expense of the customer. Industrial Instrument Works Inc. reserves the right to inspect and assess the return before any credit is given.
Merchandise sold by Industrial Instrument Works Inc. carries the manufacture’s guarantee. Manufacturer and distributor assume no liability for injury, loss or damage arising out of the use of or inability to use the product. The user is responsible for determining the suitability of the product for the intended use. Repair work performed by Industrial Instrument Works Inc.is guaranteed for a period of 90 days from date of shipment.

Shipping and Handling within the Continental US
The shipments are made FOB Harahan, LA 70123.
Orders that exceed UPS and/or FedEx weight limits will be assessed at time of order and the customer will be contacted for optional shipping methods.
Buyers will inspect products delivered by Industrial Instrument Works, Inc. within 10 business days of receipt for damage or workmanship.
Our business is operated out of Harahan, LA. All orders shipped in Louisiana will be taxed unless a tax exempt number is on file. For all other destinations it is the responsibility of the buying party to report the tax information to their state. All service work completed in Harahan Louisiana is subject to State and Jefferson Parish tax at a rate of 9.20%.
Product that is shipped and billed outside of the United States may require additional documentation or evaluation before acceptance of the order.
